By accessing or using aimockinterview.org ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Sahil Jangra ("we", "our", "us").

2. Description of Service

AI Mock Interview is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that provides mock interview sessions, performance analysis, AI-generated feedback, resume review, and career development tools. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free Plan & Subscriptions

  • Free Plan: Includes 3 AI voice interviews per month. Voice interviews only.
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited interviews, video mode, resume review, and premium AI features. Billed weekly (₹149/week) or monthly (₹449/month).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or access unauthorized parts of the platform.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Use the Service to generate or distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to circumvent the free plan interview limits through technical means.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our platform uses AI to generate interview questions, evaluate answers, and provide feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be perfect. The feedback and scores provided are for educational and practice purposes only and should not be considered professional career advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated feedback.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI systems, and content, is owned by Sahil Jangra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit (such as your resume and interview answers), but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
